Aisling Bea

Aisling B a was born on 16 March 1984 in Kildare Ireland. Bea was on QI together with Stephen Fry. Aisling Claiodhnadh or Aisling "Bea", is an Irish actor and writer. Her birth date was March 16th 1984. Following appearances in bits on a number of Irish and British television shows since 2009 Bea began her career as a stand-up comedian in 2011. By 2012 she was regularly performing on sketch comedy shows and sitcoms. After her victory during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was invited to appear on a number of panel show. Between 2016 and 2017 she was a part of 8 Out of 10 Cats Team, as well as a participant in the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. She is the daughter of Brian and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her younger sister, was born. In 2012 she became the second female to receive the So You Think you're Funny award. Bea was presented with the award in memory of her father. Aisling O'Sullivan, also referred to as Cliodhnadh Aisling was born in Kildare town, which is located in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian is an equine doctor who took his own life when she was only three years old. Bea didn't learn how her father passed away until she turned thirteen. In 2017 she wrote an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family. She also adopted her stage name Bea in remembrance of him. Bea (and her sister Sinead) were brought up in a home by Helen Moloney, a teacher and jockey trainer who was a professional jockey. The family was racing and horse-related. Bea began her career as an official guide for tourists at the Irish National Stud. But she soon realized that her love was acting, not racing.
